Ofer Wainberg
Founder & Operator
Ofer brings a strong background in operations and consulting. He began his career as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co., providing advisory and consulting services to multinational corporations. Subsequently, he became COO of The Learning Nest, a South Florida-based school network, where he managed operations for three preschools with over 500 students and oversaw the school's expansion into additional territories. During this same time, he also managed the development of a $21M+ luxury residential condominium project in Miami, FL.
Most recently, Ofer obtained his MBA from Harvard Business School, furthering his management training with the goal of acquiring and owning his own business, a pursuit he has followed since graduating.
Originally from Venezuela, Ofer earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has conversational proficiency in Hebrew.
Noah Slimak
Advisor
Noah is a seasoned entrepreneur with a robust background in real estate, technology, and operations. Originally from Venezuela, he brings over 15 years of experience in founding and growing companies by leveraging his expertise in product and operations, including strategy, market entry, business development, profit and loss management, and fundraising.
Noah’s entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding and serving as CEO of Techbliss, a Miami-based smart home installation company. He also co-founded and served as the COO of Piictu Inc., a venture-backed social network that became part of Ready Inc. More recently, Noah was the COO of Bessli Capital, a boutique investment firm, where he led significant acquisitions and operations in senior housing.
Currently, Noah is the Director of Product Management at Lev, a digital commercial real estate finance marketplace. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he resides in Aventura, FL, with his wife and three children.
Yair Wainberg
Advisor
Yair brings a wealth of expertise to the investment arena, specializing in real estate. With a career spanning over a decade, Yair has overseen projects totaling nearly $1 billion at firms such as PMG and currently 13th Floor Investments. His proficiency extends across the spectrum of a project's lifecycle, from acquisition and capitalization to pre-development and disposition stages.
Beyond real estate, Yair has experience in private wealth management for ultra-high-net-worth individuals at JPMorgan, as well as revenue management at LAN Cargo, a division of LAN (now LATAM) Airlines.
Originally from Venezuela, Yair earned his industrial engineering degree from Penn State before pursuing an MBA from Harvard Business School. Fluent in English, Spanish, and conversational Hebrew, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his work. Yair currently resides in Aventura, FL, with his wife and three children.
